I’ve had an auto policy here for 10 hassle free years (just the way I like it). I’ve had a couple claims with that car (hail damage was one) and getting it fixed took remarkably little effort on my part (again, just what I want from an insurance company). Anyway, I recently bought a new car and decided it might be time to shop around a new policy for it. Turns out State Farm not only has great service, but also very reasonable rates as well. I ended up adding the new car to my existing policy, but Amy took such good care of me I ended up switching my Homeowners Insurance over as well.....and saved a significant amount of money in the process. Amy made the whole process pretty much painless. Seems like a win/win. Highly recommend!

This is the only negative review I have ever left for anything in my entire life: If you want to sign up somewhere quickly, this office will get you (perceived) coverage and send you a bill in no time. However, should you ever need information regarding an actual claim, you are subject to be provided with false information. I called with a simple question that turned into me being provided false information by one of Jeff's agents. When I called to question Jeff on why an agent at his office would be providing me with false information, I was greeted by Lynn who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested to speak with Jeff directly, his agents repeatedly said he was "out of the office" and "unavailable." Amy tried her best to be of assistance, however it still took Jeff over 72 business hours from my initial request to speak with him for him to get in touch with me. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, or taking any accountability whatsoever, Jeff tried to talk around the issue, and instead recommended repair shops I could pay out of pocket to go to. He did not take any accountability for his office's mistake, and essentially told me that I'm out of luck. Not to mention, he called me from a blocked line and declined to provide me with a call back number. As a 25-year-old, I plan to be buying insurance for a long time, but it most definitely will not be through Jeff Summers' office. If you want an agent you can't get a hold of, and an office staff that provides you with false information resulting in a significant waste of your time and money, then this the office for you.
